Bilhaqq (بالحق) meaning "With the Truth" is a magazine managed by the students of Ribath Hidayatul Qur'an. This magazine serves as a platform for expression, creativity, and da'wah of students in spreading Islamic knowledge to the wider community.

Caretaker of Ribath Hidayatul Qur'an
Dr. KH. M. Afifudin Dimyathi, Lc., M.A. was born in Jombang on May 7, 1979. Son of KH. A. Dimyathi Romly, SH. and Hj. Muflichah, S.Pd. He is the founder and main caretaker of Ribath Hidayatul Qur'an, established in December 2004. He earned his bachelor's degree from Al-Azhar University Egypt in the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Department of Tafsir and Quranic Sciences, his master's from Khartoum International Institute for Arabic Language in Sudan, and his doctorate from Al-Neelain University in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Arabic Teaching Methodology. He was the top graduate across Asia at Khartoum International Institute for Arabic Language in 2004. Currently active as a postgraduate lecturer at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, IAIN Tulungagung, IAIN Jember, and STIT Dalwa Bangil Pasuruan. He has served as Katib Syuriyah PBNU since 2018 and as a judge at provincial and national Quran competitions.

Female Students Caretaker of Ribath Hidayatul Qur'an
Hj. Laily Nafis, M.Th.I. was born in Jember on November 13, 1982. Daughter of KH. Sofyan Tsauri and Hj. Mubadi'ah. She studied at PP. An-Nuqoyah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep, PP. Darul Falah Cukir, STAIN Jember, Institute for Arabic Language Sudan, and Universitas Darul Ulum Jombang. She won 1st place in the Arabic Speech Competition at MAPM Cukir and 2nd place in MHQ 10 Juz in Jombang. Together with her husband, she has been caring for Ribath Hidayatul Qur'an since its founding.
